Nokia 300 Charge feature phone doubles as a power bank
HMD has announced the Nokia 300 Charge, a basic feature phone designed with a focus on battery longevity and utility. The device features a removable 3,700 mAh battery, which is significantly larger than previous models in the Nokia line.
A standout feature is the phone's ability to act as a power bank. By using a dedicated physical button labeled ‘Out’ on the side of the device, users can trigger reverse charging via the USB-C port, delivering up to 10W of power to other devices such as smartphones, wireless headphones, or smartwatches.
The Nokia 300 Charge is equipped with a 2.4-inch TFT QVGA display, a Unisoc SC6531E processor, 4 MB of RAM, and 4 MB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD. Other specifications include 2G connectivity, an FM radio with a 3.5 mm jack, and a high-power LED flashlight. The manufacturer claims the battery can provide up to 40 days of standby time and approximately 37 hours of continuous talk time.
