He highlighted that civil servants earning between ₦50,000 and ₦90,000 a month cannot afford the soaring rents of ₦3 million to ₦5 million in Abuja, or ₦7 million to ₦8 million in Lagos, noting that only fraudsters appear able to meet those costs.
