This move has led to comparisons with Funke Akindele, who recently announced a partnership with Facebook to promote her film, The Four: No One Fights Alone, set to premiere on December 11.

While Akindele is utilizing social media partnerships to reach a wider audience, supporters of Abraham noted that she has previously used custom branded clothing for promotion, citing footage from her 2023 film, Malaika.
