Nollywood Veteran Richard Mofe Damijo Reflects on Life at 65

Veteran Nollywood actor Richard Mofe Damijo, known as RMD, marked his 65th birthday by speaking on The Morayo Show. He described his outlook as one of gratitude, saying he feels he is “living an extra time” after seeing his parents pass away before reaching 60.

RMD credited a healthy diet, regular exercise and a refusal to adopt an “old‑person” mindset for his youthful appearance. He emphasized maintaining classy fashion and expressed pride in being alive and Nigerian during a period when self‑employment is rising across the country.
