NoMad Hilton Singapore opens reservations for late 2026 debut

NoMad Hilton Singapore has opened reservations for its debut in the Asia Pacific region, with an expected opening in late 2026. Located at 230 Orchard Road in the redevelopment of the former Faber House building, the hotel is a partnership with UOL Group.

The property will feature 173 guestrooms and suites across 12 levels, covering a footprint of approximately 10,225 square meters. Designed by architecture firm WOHA with interiors by Kevin Klein Design, the hotel aims to blend Art Deco style with Peranakan traditions. The building will include a 14-story waterfall and a verdant vertical façade.

Guest amenities include an open-air reception on the fifth floor, a terrace, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and meeting rooms. The earliest bookable date for stays is December 1, 2026.
