Nomus launches industrial ERP program for educational institutions

Nomus has launched the ‘ERP na sala de aula’ (ERP in the classroom) program to bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial practice. The initiative is designed for higher education and technical institutions focusing on management, technology, and production processes. Through this program, instructors can integrate Nomus ERP Industrial into their curricula, providing students with practical activities, test databases, and expert-led lectures.

The program targets fields such as Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administration, and Information Systems. By using real-world enterprise tools, students can practice tasks including product engineering creation, production order issuance, inventory control, and scenario simulation.

This initiative responds to data from the Industrial Work Map 2025-2027, prepared by the Observatório Nacional da Indústria. The report indicates that Brazil's industrial sector will require the qualification of approximately 14 million professionals between 2025 and 2027. This figure comprises 2.2 million new professionals and 11.8 million existing workers who must update their technical and behavioral skills.
