Noordbrabants Museum hosts 15 Mysteries of the Rosary exhibition

The Noordbrabants Museum in ’s‑Hertogenbosch is presenting the 15 Mysteries of the Rosary, a collection of large‑scale 17th‑century paintings originally hung high in the Sint‑Pauluskerk in Antwerp. For the first time the works are displayed at eye level, allowing visitors to see details by Rubens, Jacob Jordaens, Antoon van Dyck, Cornelis de Vos and David Teniers the Elder, among others. The exhibition runs from 11 July to 25 October 2026, Monday‑Sunday, 11:00‑17:00, and includes workshops where attendees can create their own rosary beads.

The display pairs the historic canvases with contemporary art and a presentation of personal prayer strings, highlighting the devotional legacy of the rosary in the region.
