Nora Fatehi alleges influencers were hired to target her amid song controversy

Actor and dancer Nora Fatehi has alleged that certain influencers were paid to amplify criticism and target her during the controversy surrounding the song ‘Sarke Chunar Teri Sarke’ from the film KD: The Devil.

Speaking on the ‘Dream with Dr Sheen’ podcast, Fatehi claimed she was aware of the orchestrated nature of the backlash, stating, “I already know who hired you, when, and how much they paid you.” She noted that she has developed a “thick skin” regarding such online reactions. Fatehi did not provide verifiable evidence or name the specific individuals or organizations she believes were responsible for the alleged campaign.

The controversy stems from the Hindi version of the track, which features Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt. The song has faced scrutiny over its lyrics, choreography, and visuals, with critics labeling the content as vulgar. Fatehi has previously stated that she did not approve the Hindi adaptation, noting that she originally filmed the song in Kannada three years ago and relied on the filmmakers' explanations regarding the content.
