Norbi Schobert and Réka Rubint to sell Szentendre luxury villa

Norbi Schobert and Réka Rubint have confirmed their intention to sell their luxury villa in Szentendre, despite a recent real estate listing for the property disappearing from online platforms. Schobert clarified that the listing was removed due to an error, but the couple does indeed plan to sell the home.

The 600-square-meter residence, known as ‘La Villa Panoráma’, sits on a 2,700-square-meter lot and features seven rooms, a wellness area, a fitness room, and a pool. The property was previously listed for 1.2 billion forints.

The decision comes following a series of personal and financial challenges for the couple. Schobert has dealt with two strokes since 2021, and Rubint has been battling a rare soft tissue sarcoma. Additionally, Schobert noted that significant financial resources were used in an attempt to save his business, which faced severe difficulties.
