Nordex shares decline amid broader market weakness

Nordex shares fell by 2.8% on Friday, following a decline in the German stock market. The downturn was attributed to rising oil prices and weak market indicators from the United States and Asia, rather than company-specific issues.

Despite the stock price drop, Nordex recently reported positive operational developments. The company raised its EBITDA margin forecast for the full year 2026 to between 11.5% and 12.5%, while maintaining its revenue outlook. For the third quarter of 2026, Nordex reported a preliminary EBITDA of approximately 278 million EUR with a margin of 12.7%.

The company also secured significant new contracts, including a 192 MW project in New Zealand with Mercury that includes a 30-year service agreement. Additionally, Nordex secured a project in Bredenbek, Schleswig-Holstein, from DenkerWulf.
