New travel offerings are expanding exploration opportunities across the Nordic and Arctic regions. In the Arctic, Hurtigruten has announced a new six-day winter tour titled ‘Northern Delights: Svalbard and Arctic Norway’ for the 2026/27 season. The itinerary combines a land-based program in Svalbard, featuring activities such as husky safaris and wilderness dining, with a three-day sailing voyage from Tromsø to Kirkenes along the Norwegian coast. The tour is specifically designed to provide travelers with opportunities to view the Northern Lights above the Arctic Circle.
