Nordic Combined Summer Grand Prix begins in Bischofshofen and Oberstdorf

The 2026 Summer Grand Prix for Nordic Combined is set to begin this weekend, starting with competitions in Bischofshofen, Austria, followed by events in Oberstdorf, Germany.

The German Ski Association has announced its athlete selection for the opening stages. The women's roster for Bischofshofen includes Nathalie Armbruster, Sofia Eggensberger, Trine Goepfert, and Jenny Nowak. The men's selection features Manuel Faisst, Vinzenz Geiger, Benedikt Graebert, David Mach, Simon Mach, Julian Schmid, Tristan Sommerfeldt, and Richard Stenzel. For the Oberstdorf leg, additional athletes such as Amelie Steiner, Jan Andersen, Felix Brieden, Jonathan Graebert, and Maximilian Uhr will join the squad.

Parallel to the Nordic Combined events, summer biathlon championships are taking place in Sweden, specifically in Östersund, and in Belgium, in Elsenborn, featuring various individual and mass start competitions.
