Nordic walking workshops and marches organized in Poland

Various community health initiatives involving nordic walking are being organized in Poland. In Stare Miasto, the Powiatowa Akademia Zdrowia Nordic Walking will host free workshops on October 9, 2026, at the Orlik facility. Led by certified instructors from the NW4Konin group, the sessions aim to teach proper technique to residents of five municipalities within Konin County.

Additionally, Debrzno is hosting the third Nordic Walking March as part of the Academy of the Active Senior, providing seniors with opportunities for physical activity and social engagement.
