Nordstadtliga uses football to support youth in Dortmund

The Nordstadtliga in Dortmund uses football as a tool for social integration and community development in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Mirza Demirović, who arrived in Dortmund as a youth during the Bosnian War, works with the organization to provide opportunities for children and adolescents.

Rather than focusing solely on the sport, the initiative aims to foster trust, responsibility, and recognition among young people.
