Norfolk hosts diverse literary events and book festivals in October
Norfolk is hosting a diverse range of literary events throughout October, including the rebranded King's Lynn Book Festival and the return of the Norwich Book Festival. The King's Lynn event features sessions with historians, poets, and public figures such as Lady Hale, Rachel Hore, and Kevin Crossley-Holland, covering topics from law to fantasy literature.
Other scheduled highlights include a discussion with bestselling novelist Louis de Bernières at the Sheringham Little Theatre regarding his book, ‘Smelling of Rooks: Nine Years in the Norfolk Alps’. The month's programming also encompasses nature writing, poetry, and community storytelling projects inspired by the River Wensum.
