Norlon Builders selected for $49.5M Catholic high school in Owen Sound
The Bruce‑Grey Catholic District School Board announced that Norlon Builders London Ltd will serve as the general contractor for a new Catholic high school on 28th Avenue East in Owen Sound. The project, funded at just under $49.5 million, received formal approval from Ontario’s Ministry of Education and is slated to begin site work next month with construction breaking ground in the fall. The school will provide a modern, sacred learning environment for students in Grey and Bruce counties.
Board chief education officer Karyn Brunell said the selection moves the board closer to opening the Grade 9‑12 facility, emphasizing the Ministry’s investment in the academic and spiritual development of local youth.
