NORMA welcomes over 1,000 new trainees for 2026

More than 1,000 new trainees have begun their careers at the food discounter NORMA for the 2026 training year. Depending on the region, these new employees started their programs on either August 1 or September 1.

To facilitate the transition, the company organized nationwide “Welcome Days” at various locations. These events included introductions to company workflows, tours of logistics centers and retail branches, and activities designed to foster team spirit and networking with instructors and colleagues.
