Normanna Melfi prepares for Puglia basketball season

Normanna Melfi has announced its preparations for the 2026-2027 Divisione Regionale 1 season in Puglia. Following a logistical move from the Campania grouping, the team is scheduled to begin official training on September 7 at the PalaPastore.

The club has confirmed coach Antonio Russo will lead the team, supported by returning players Francesco Racioppi and Domenico Pepe. New signings include Mike Dyatlov and Mattia La China. The roster also features talent recruited from the Campania league, such as Manuel Tempone, Tartaro, and Caricchia, alongside young Ukrainian player Ivan Kostin.

The championship is set to begin on October 11. Normanna Melfi will compete in Group A, which includes teams such as Vieste, Manfredonia, Foggia, Barletta, Trani, Corato, Cus Bari, Duma Bari, and Molfetta.
