Norrlyst to launch new dining concepts in Copenhagen's Axel Towers

The Norrlyst group has secured 886 square meters of space on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of Axel Towers in central Copenhagen. The lease follows the bankruptcy of the former rooftop restaurant, Trio.

Norrlyst plans to launch three distinct concepts within the building: a restaurant on the 8th floor, a bar on the 9th floor, and another restaurant on the 10th floor. One of these new ventures, named Tamashii, will focus on Asian cuisine under the direction of former Michelin-starred chef Henrik Jyrk. The project aims to achieve Michelin star recognition, with Tamashii offering a tasting menu priced at approximately 2,000 DKK per person.

The lease was facilitated by Colliers, advising owners ATP Ejendomme, PFA, and Industriens Pension. The first guests are expected to arrive during the spring.
