Sweden residential property sales report mid-2026
Various residential property transactions have been recorded across Sweden during mid-2026. In Furulund, a 180-square-meter villa on Lundagatan 14 sold for 6,300,000 SEK, marking the most expensive sale in the area this year.
In Jönköping, Jönköpings Fastighets AB acquired a 296-square-meter property on Junegatan 26 for 6,675,000 SEK. Nearby, a villa in Bankeryd on Nyarpsgatan 10 sold for 3,150,000 SEK. In Gränna, a 138-square-meter house on Gamla Brunnsvägen 13 was sold for 2,800,000 SEK.
Other notable sales include a 53-square-meter house in Norrtälje for 1,850,000 SEK, a 40-square-meter house in Södra Vi for 1,180,000 SEK, and a 121-square-meter terraced house in Limhamn for 7,650,000 SEK.
According to Svensk Mäklarstatistik, villa prices in Jönköping municipality rose by 3.9 percent over the last three months, while Norrtälje municipality saw an 11.4 percent increase in the same period.
