Organized by a partnership including Paris Steele, William Purves Funeral Directors, St Columba’s Hospice, and North Berwick Coastal Community Connections, the open day offers guidance on wills, powers of attorney, funeral planning, and bereavement support.

St Columba’s Hospice will be available to discuss palliative care and documenting treatment preferences, while legal professionals will offer advice on managing estates and inheritance tax. The event aims to create an informal setting to help individuals and families navigate difficult conversations regarding future care and legal preparations.
