The North Carolina Tar Heels lost their second exhibition game of the season to the Indiana Hoosiers with a score of 76-58. The loss occurred at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Analysis of the performance highlighted struggles in the frontcourt and rebounding, as the Tar Heels were outrebounded 53-31 during the matchup. Freshman Sayon Keita showed defensive potential with five blocks but faced challenges regarding inexperience. The team's rebounding issues are compounded by the ineligibility of transfer center Cameron Fens.

Despite the loss, former UNC player John Henson advised fans not to panic as the team continues its exhibition schedule under head coach Michael Malone.
