North Carolina father seeks urgent heart transplant funding

Josué Santos Rosa, a Hispanic father in North Carolina, is in urgent need of a heart transplant following severe heart failure. His family has launched a GoFundMe campaign with a $200,000 goal to cover medical expenses, including hospitalization, treatments, medications, transportation, and lodging during his recovery.

As of the latest update, the campaign has raised $6,760 from 89 donors. His wife, Jinny Santos, expressed that their greatest wish is for him to receive the necessary treatment and return home to his family.
