North Coast educators hold forum on ethnic-racial education

Educators from Ubatuba, Caraguatatuba, Ilhabela, and São Sebastião gathered at the Teatro Mário Covas in Caraguatatuba for the North Coast Ethnic-Racial Education Forum. The event, organized by the Caraguatatuba Regional Teaching Unit in partnership with municipal education secretariats, focuses on lectures and debates regarding inclusive education and racial equity.

The forum aims to promote dialogue and the exchange of experiences concerning public policies for racial equality and the implementation of ethnic-racial relations education within school networks. Participants, including pedagogical coordinators from municipal schools, engage in formative activities designed to strengthen pedagogical practices and combat racism in the school environment.
