North Cyprus Rally continues in Şirinevler

The 49th North Cyprus Rally, organized by the North Cyprus Touring and Automobile Club (KKTOK), continued its three-day program in the Şirinevler region. Sponsored by Basel Holding and Gülgün Süt, the event featured 18 teams competing in the sixth race of the rally championship season.

On the second day of competition, the duo of Çağkan Bozalanlar and Hasan Evrensel from the Goodyear Racing Team maintained their lead with a time of 21 minutes 50.8 seconds. They were followed by Sami Doğan and Halil Mulla of the Sami Doğan Motors Rally Team, who recorded a time of 21 minutes 56.1 seconds. The third position was held by Hüseyin Şüküroğlu and Kemal Topcuoğlu of the Carlot-Bezdikian Rally Team.

The final day of the rally is scheduled to include the Yılmazköy, Kanlıköy, and a renovated Plümer stage, with each stage being completed twice.
