North Delhi Strikers beat East Delhi Riders by 6 wickets in DPL 2026

On 6 August, the North Delhi Strikers defeated the East Delhi Riders by six wickets in the 11th match of the Delhi Premier League (DPL) 2026. Chasing a target of 172 runs, the Strikers reached the score in just 16 overs, losing four wickets.

Captain Sarthak Ranjan anchored the chase with a powerful 95‑run innings off 50 balls, striking seven fours and eight sixes at a 190 strike rate. Yash Bhatia added 53 runs from 34 balls, while the early wickets of Vaibhav Kandpal (5) and Arnab Bagga (9) were recovered through a 113‑run partnership between Ranjan and Bhatia. For East Delhi, Sujal Singh top‑scored with an unbeaten 82 off 50 balls, hitting six fours and four sixes.

The victory highlighted the Strikers' aggressive batting and effective bowling, with Mayank Dagar taking two wickets for 16 runs.
