North Macedonia e-services portal hits record monthly usage

The North Macedonian national e-services portal, uslugi.gov.mk, recorded a record 27,345 requests in September. This marks the most successful month for the portal since its inception, excluding the specific ICT voucher service which served over 50,000 students.

With this latest surge, the total number of requests submitted through the national portal has surpassed 400,000, reaching a cumulative total of 405,881. The Ministry of Digital Transformation attributes this growth to the expansion of available electronic services, simplified procedures, and increased cooperation with various institutions.

Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski noted that the figures demonstrate growing public recognition of the value of digital services. He emphasized the goal of allowing citizens to complete more procedures from home or via mobile devices to eliminate the need for physical visits to institutions.
