North Macedonia faces teacher shortage despite class reductions

North Macedonia is facing a significant shortage of teaching staff despite a reduction in the number of active classes. Reports indicate that there are 200 fewer parallel classes in primary schools and 100 fewer in secondary schools, yet no teachers have been dismissed.

In addition to the educational crisis, the government is implementing measures to reduce the prices of school supplies by 15 percent.
