North Macedonia's VLEN condemns BDI's offensive language and flags Albania's non‑grata warnings

The opposition movement VLEN released a video of a recent BDI gathering in Skopje, where deputy Iljaz Leskovica used insulting and denigrating language toward political opponents. VLEN demanded that BDI’s promised reforms be demonstrated through respectful discourse, describing the rhetoric as a continuation of a "culture of insults".

VLEN deputy Adnan Azizi also criticized BDI, accusing it of propaganda tied to Albanian institutions. In parallel, Albanian Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari warned that the recent "non‑grata" designation of Igballe Berisha will not be an isolated case and that similar measures could target other foreign individuals he claims are trying to influence Albania’s European‑oriented agenda.
