North Sea Jazz Festival celebrates milestones in Curaçao and Rotterdam

The North Sea Jazz Festival has commenced its latest edition in Curaçao, with organizers reporting a successful start to the event on September 4, 2026. The festival is operating with support from Fundashon Bon Intenshon.

In celebration of the festival's 50th anniversary, the Kunsthal in Rotterdam is hosting a special exhibition titled ‘50 jaar North Sea Jazz Fotografie’. The exhibition features photography by Paul Bergen, Andreas Terlaaken, and Rico D’Rozario, capturing iconic performances from legendary artists such as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and Sonny Rollins, as well as debut performances from stars like Adele and Amy Winehouse.
