Bot Colony _Redux generative AI voice-controlled gameplay natural language understanding Early Access

North Side Inc. has announced that its game, Bot Colony _Redux, will launch in Early Access on Steam on October 30, 2026. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, the title features a futuristic Pacific island setting where players hunt for a spy.

A central feature of the game is its voice-controlled interaction. Utilizing proprietary natural language understanding (NLU), generative AI, and voice technology, players can speak to or type to a cast of intelligent robots. The game supports 16 languages, allowing characters to respond with emotive, high-quality voices. Unlike traditional games that use dialogue trees or prewritten choices, the system aims to provide unique, unscripted conversations.

Players can download the game for free and will receive an initial allocation of LEKS to experience the AI-powered gameplay. Once the initial allocation is exhausted, players can acquire more LEKS through Steam to continue playing.
