North Solar initiates community dialogue for 350 MW solar park in Galatini

North Solar, a subsidiary of DEPA Emporias, is intensifying communication with residents of Galatini and the Voio Municipality regarding the development of a 350 MW photovoltaic park in the region.

To ensure transparency and community involvement, the company is organizing an open information meeting on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the Nikolaos Karamouzis Cafe in Galatini's central square. The meeting aims to provide updates on the project's progress and present a series of community benefit actions valued at 35 million euros.

As part of a broader initiative to establish permanent two-way communication channels, North Solar is launching a dedicated Consultation Office in Galatini to allow for in-person contact. Additionally, the company is providing new digital and telephonic channels, including a specific telephone line, email, and an online contact form, to allow local citizens, livestock breeders, and professionals to submit questions, concerns, and proposals.
