North Sumatra implements digital tools for leadership administration

The North Sumatra Provincial Government's Leadership Administration Bureau (Adpim) is implementing digital transformation measures to ensure administrative continuity for provincial leadership. Through the SIMANTAP Sumut application, the bureau aims to maintain responsive services even when the Governor is working in remote areas or islands, such as the Nias archipelago.

Key initiatives include the development of an e-monitoring system for bureau performance, digital protocol training, and the revision of standard operating procedures. The bureau is also introducing a digital event management system and hybrid event protocols to enhance coordination, bureaucratic effectiveness, and the regional government's public image.
