North Sumatra Police Chief promotes security and TNI-Polri synergy

North Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Sonny Irawan, has undertaken several initiatives to strengthen regional security and institutional cooperation.

During a visit to the HKBP Sudirman Church in Medan, Irawan called on the public to maintain national unity and remain vigilant against provocative social media issues. He emphasized the necessity of community involvement in the fight against drug trafficking to protect future generations.

Additionally, Irawan met with Rear Admiral Deny Septiana, Commander of Kodaeral I Belawan, to reinforce the synergy between the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the National Police (Polri). The meeting focused on improving inter-institutional coordination to ensure stability and maintain public order throughout the North Sumatra region.
