Norton Motorcycles to debut new 450 cc roadster at EICMA 2026
Norton Motorcycles, owned by TVS Motor Company, is developing a new single-cylinder roadster with an approximate displacement of 450 cc. The model is expected to debut at the EICMA 2026 exhibition in Milan, with global deliveries projected to begin in the second half of 2027.
The new motorcycle will utilize a liquid-cooled engine, with estimated performance figures ranging between 40 and 45 hp and 40 to 45 Nm of torque. This specification is intended to meet European A2 license requirements, targeting the mid-capacity market. The bike will be built on a new platform, internally referred to as the ‘H-series’, which is intended to serve as a foundation for future models.
Designed to compete with brands such as Royal Enfield and Triumph, the roadster will be manufactured at TVS’s Hosur plant in India. The design aims for a modern, minimalist aesthetic, featuring technical elements like a 17-inch wheel setup and an 8-inch TFT touchscreen display.
