Norway reports two serious traffic collisions with multiple injuries

Police and emergency services responded to a minor traffic accident on Stokkelandsvegen in Vestnes, where a car with two occupants was involved and the occupants suffered minor injuries.

Later the same day, a serious front‑on collision between two cars occurred on the E16 near Bolstadøyri in Voss. Four people were taken to Voss Hospital and three were air‑lifted to Haukeland Hospital. The crash caused the E16 to be closed for several hours while rescue crews worked to free a trapped passenger and clear the scene.
