Norway's AKKS and Agria Dyreforsikring name new leaders

Kamilla Rød Skarby will assume the role of general secretary of AKKS Norge on 1 December, succeeding Pia Korsnes who left the post in September. Interim general secretary Gøril Nilsen will hold the position until Skarby starts. Skarby, who has a background in musicology, organization and leadership, said she looks forward to fostering an inclusive and diverse music scene for young people.

Stine Kronback Arildslund, 37, has been appointed commercial head of Agria Dyreforsikring, Norway’s only pet‑only insurer, effective 1 September. She replaces Steinar Ranheim, who moves to the role of operational director. Arildslund, born in Denmark and raised in Norway, brings extensive finance experience from Nordea, JBF Bank and OBOS, where she oversaw sales, distribution and partner programmes. She expressed enthusiasm for joining Agria and contributing to its growth and animal‑welfare mission.
