Norwegian Cruise Line opens bookings for Norwegian Bella
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has officially opened bookings for its newest vessel, the Norwegian Bella, which is scheduled to debut in the Mediterranean in May 2028. As the sixth and final ship in the Prima Class, the Norwegian Bella will be one of the largest in the NCL fleet, measuring approximately 344 metres (1,129 feet) long with a gross tonnage of 170,000.
The ship will operate seven-day roundtrip itineraries departing from Barcelona, Spain. Planned destinations for its inaugural season include Rome, Florence, and Salerno in Italy, as well as Marseille in France and Palma de Mallorca in Spain.
Built by the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, the vessel will feature several high-end amenities and adventure zones. Key onboard highlights include Ocean Heights, a multi-level open-air complex spanning decks 18 through 21, and the Ocean Boulevard promenade. Adventure features include the Bella Free Fall waterslide, the signature Prima Class dry slide known as The Drop, a ropes course, and a mini-golf course. The ship is designed to accommodate 3,921 guests at double occupancy and will feature nearly 2,000 staterooms. The ship's hull artwork will be designed by Australian artist George Rose.
