Norwegian Royal Family Summer Cruise on Ship Norge Visits Kristiansand

The Norwegian royal family embarked on its annual summer cruise aboard the royal vessel Norge, docking in Kristiansand on 27 July 2026. On board were King Harald V, Queen Sonja, Prince Sverre Magnus (20), Princess Ingrid Alexandra (22), Princess Märtha Louise (54) and her daughters Leah Isadora Behn (21), Emma Tallulah Behn (17) and Maud Angelica Behn (23). Crown Princess Mette‑Marit and Prince Haakon were absent, the former recovering from a lung transplant. The family toured the Kunstsilo art centre with a private guide, then continued westward to visit the iconic Lindesnes lighthouse. Durek Verrett, Märtha Louise’s husband, was seen on deck. The outing is a private holiday, notable for the unusually large gathering of multiple generations of the Norwegian royals.
