Nosso Gastronomia e Arte participates in Botecando Festival

The restaurant Nosso Gastronomia e Arte, located in Mariana, is participating in the 2nd Botecando Festival with its dish “Brisket das Gerais.” The recipe features Angus beef brisket that undergoes a 12-hour smoking process using apple and guava wood.

The dish is served with romesco sauce made from peppers smoked for eight hours, rice balls with ora-pro-nóbis, and a combination of biquinho pepper jelly, barbecue, and cachaça sauces.

The voting period for the festival has been extended until November 11, allowing more time for participants to try the recipes. The final event is scheduled for November 15 at the Convention Center.
