Founded by Jakobus Schuster, the company utilizes video appointments, AI-supported workflows, and technical infrastructure to provide notary services. The startup has successfully navigated a legal dispute with the Austrian Notary Chamber, a case that remains with the Supreme Court (OGH) but is no longer a primary focus for the company.
