Nothing launches budget Phone 4b with Snapdragon processor and 6,000 mAh battery

The London‑based brand Nothing unveiled its new entry‑level smartphone, the Phone 4b, as the first model of a “b‑series”. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The device features a 6.77‑inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000 nits brightness, and a dual‑camera setup headlined by a 50‑megapixel main sensor. A 6,000 mAh battery supports 33 W wired charging and 7.5 W reverse charging. Distinctive to Nothing, the back panel incorporates a reduced Glyph Bar with 45 individually addressable mini‑LEDs for volume, timers and alerts. Pricing is positioned around €329 (approximately $350) for the 8 GB/128 GB variant, with preorder in Italy beginning 17 July and roll‑out reported in India, Poland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Japan and other markets.

Alongside the Phone 4b, Nothing introduced the Ear 3a true‑wireless earbuds, priced at €99. They offer active noise cancellation, a new 12‑mm dynamic driver, Hi‑Res audio via LDAC, and a unique “Audio Snapshot” feature that records short audio clips on a built‑in 32‑MB flash memory. Both products are marketed as affordable alternatives to premium offerings from Apple and other Android manufacturers.
