Nouh Mohamed El Abd and Khaman Maluach deliver standout performances

In Algerian football, Mauritanian defender Nouh Mohamed El Abd delivered a strong performance in his first start for JSK during a match against ASO. Replacing Cherifi, El Abd won most of his duels and showed strong defensive cohesion, contributing to his team's victory. Coach Karim Belhocine expressed satisfaction with the performance, which creates new competition for the central defensive positions alongside players like Cherifi and Benchaâ.

In basketball, Khaman Maluach recorded a double-double with 10 points and 15 rebounds in his first preseason start against the Texans. Maluach, who competed against Victor Wembanyama, noted that the matchup provided significant learning opportunities. While Wembanyama recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists, Maluach focused on rim protection and defensive positioning to mitigate the Spurs superstar's impact.
