Nova Olímpia football tournament defines semifinalists

The qualifying stage of the 2nd Copa Nova Olímpia de Futebol Society – Quarentão 2026 has concluded in Nova Olímpia. A high-scoring final round saw a total of 21 goals across three matches.

Casa do Tereré secured the top position in the first phase after defeating Caipiras Urbanos 4-1. Rio Branco finished second following a 5-0 victory over Papelaria Brasil. Veteranos also advanced to the semifinals after a significant 11-1 win against Chapecoense. Papelaria Brasil rounds out the top four.

The semifinals are scheduled for August 13 at the Luiz Roberto Stadium. The matchups will feature Casa do Tereré against Veteranos, and Rio Branco against Papelaria Brasil.
