Nova SBE achieves 2nd place in Financial Times global management ranking

Five Portuguese business schools have been recognized in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2026 ranking. The Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE) achieved a historic second-place global ranking, climbing two positions from the previous year. This placement puts Nova SBE ahead of prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, HEC Paris, and London Business School.

Nova SBE reported high performance metrics, including a 9.53 out of 10 score for alumni overall satisfaction and a 7th place global ranking for its Career Service. The school has seen significant growth, rising from 23rd place to 2nd in just five years.

Additionally, the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics saw its Management Master's program rise to 25th place globally, its highest ranking to date. The program reported a 97% employability rate within three months of graduation and an alumni satisfaction score of 9.37 out of 10. Other Portuguese institutions represented in the top 100 include Iscte Business School, Católica-Porto SBE, and a debut from ISEG.
