Novak Djokovic documentary set for August 20 premiere

The official premiere of a documentary film about tennis player Novak Djokovic is scheduled for August 20. Following closed screenings in New York and Montenegro, the project aims to showcase the journey of the athlete.

Basketball legend Vlade Divac attended a screening in Montenegro and expressed his admiration for the project. Divac noted that it was time for a film to be made about Djokovic, describing him as one of the greatest athletes ever and highlighting the importance of his team and family in his success.

Djokovic commented on the film's production, noting that it has been a long and complex process beginning in 2017. He mentioned that the project faced various changes in directors and concepts, as well as a delay due to the pandemic. Djokovic admitted to being subjective about the film and suggested that the 90-minute format might be too short to tell his entire story.
