Novaland accelerates Aqua City construction in Dong Nai

Novaland has entered a new business phase for its Aqua City project in Dong Nai, Vietnam. During a recent event on October 31, nearly 1,000 customers visited the 1,000-hectare development to tour the landscape and amenities via canoe.

The project is currently seeing intensive construction activity, with over 4,000 engineers and workers, along with hundreds of contractors and consultants, working across the Sun Harbor, Ever Green, River Park, and Phoenix Island sectors. Following the resolution of various legal hurdles, Novaland aims to deliver approximately 9,200 products during the 2026-2027 period.

To support this development, financial institutions have reportedly committed approximately 20,000 billion VND to fund construction and project completion. The development is positioned as a sustainable ecological urban area, benefiting from its connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City and the Long Thanh International Airport.
