Novaland family members register significant share purchases

Bui Cao Ngoc Quynh, the sister of Novaland Chairman Bui Cao Nhat Quan, has registered to purchase 30 million shares of NVL. If the transaction is completed between November 2 and November 13, 2026, her ownership is expected to increase from 0.346% to 1.594% of the company's charter capital.

This move follows other recent transactions by entities and individuals related to the family of Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon. Diamond Properties, a major shareholder and organization linked to the Chairman, previously registered to buy 7 million shares to balance its investment portfolio. If successful, Diamond Properties will increase its stake from 7.423% to 7.715%.

In contrast, some members of Novaland's executive board have registered to sell shares for personal reasons. Additionally, Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, wife of Bui Thanh Nhon, registered to sell 6.3 million shares. These transactions occur as Novaland implements a plan to increase capital through an offering of approximately 800 million shares to existing shareholders.
