Novaland to resume sales at Aqua City project in October 2026

Novaland Group has announced that its major Aqua City project is scheduled to resume sales starting October 31, 2026. This milestone follows a period focused on resolving legal obstacles and marks a transition toward active business operations and revenue generation.

The approximately 1,000-hectare project, located along the Dong Nai River, represents a critical strategic asset for Novaland with a total investment of roughly $8 billion. By October 2026, all sub-sections of the project are expected to have completed necessary legal procedures, making them eligible for sales contracts.

In 2026, Novaland plans to construct more than 1,000 houses and deliver over 500 products. The company anticipates that revenue from Aqua City will reach hundreds of trillions of Vietnamese dong in the coming years, providing essential cash flow to strengthen its financial foundation and support future growth.
