Nove TV reporter reacts to spicy pepper challenge during live broadcast

During a live broadcast for Nove TV at the Ribarski dani event in Kopačevo, reporter Tin Kovačić participated in a spicy pepper challenge that resulted in an unexpected reaction.

While reporting on the traditional food festival, Kovačić spoke with pepper producer Tamara Lakatoš. After Lakatoš challenged him to try a local pepper, claiming it was hotter than Mexican varieties, Kovačić accepted. Although he initially appeared unaffected, the heat quickly became intense, causing his face to redden and making it difficult for him to continue speaking clearly. He jokingly remarked, “I am not sure I know what I am saying now,” before concluding the segment and seeking milk to mitigate the heat.
